Index pattern warning bang for refresh map field is misleading

Describe the bug:
Warning bang for No cached mapping for this field. Refresh field list from the management > index patterns is misleading when the mapped field contains dynamic: false.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Collect some data with an index mapping that has dynamic: false
2. Hit the refresh button in the index pattern management and nothing happens
3. Update index mapping via put.
4. Index mapping is fixed.

Expected behavior:
Correct warning bang that states something like You need to update the index pattern by hand, the field is dynamic: false and point to some documentation.

closing this since #82223 removed the field cache, so this message was also removed
