Consider tracking how many index patterns have a geo_point or geo_shape field. This should give us an idea who's using the stack for their geo use-cases.

Ideally, we could subtract out the ECS-index patterns since they are more of a ready-made template.

We can cross-reference this with how many users use Maps to visualize that data.
