[DOCS] Update Logs and Metrics screenshots for 7.6

There are various 7.5 changes that will need updates to screenshots. This issue collects them in one place so the screenshots can be updated just the once.

This issue is a placeholder to ensure the appropriate updates are done.

Those that I know about that are likely to be in 7.5

• Config button changed to Settings tab (docs ticket https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/445260)

• New Analysis tab in Logs

• New Save functionality for Metrics Explorer [Infra UI] Save and Load Views for Metrics Explorer and Inventory Page #46713

• Save/Load functionality for Inventory view [Infra UI] Save and Load Views for Metrics Explorer and Inventory Page #46713

• Hosts/Docker/Kubernetes selection on Inventory view is now a dropdown Convert button group to toggle. Refactor code structure for scalability. #47083

• Infrastructure is now Metrics.

• There are some recently implemented changes on the Infrastructure Monitoring node details page (for example, [Infra UI] Show non-metric details on node detail page #42689, which adds more information to the top of the page).
  There are also some changes that are in progress (for example, [Infra UI] Add Docker section to node details page #43627, which adds a Docker section to the same page).
  Any changes to the docs text will be minor, if needed at all, but the screenshot needs updating at some point. As the changes aren't critical for the reader at this point, it may be worth finding a clear cut-off point, either after all planned changed have been completed, or even the next major release, rather than playing catch-up repeatedly for lots of small changes.
