Summary

SM UI can throw this error if references to alerts are lost:

Saved object [task/fd46e3c0-5b8a-11ee-8774-1758f4d4aa63] not found

A fix was done in 7.10.2/7.11.0, but customers have experienced this problem in >8.0.0
