[Cloud Posture] Dashboard Improvements - linking to findings page

We would like to enhance the linking behaviours from the dashboard to the findings page, for this we need to wait for #173405 to be merged so we can link to a grouped findings page.

1. Clicking on the sub/account counters in the cards should link to findings page, grouped by cloud.account.id, and filtered by the matching CIS

2. Same goes for the accounts counter at the top of the dashboard

@tinnytintin10 @smriti0321 it means that both of those display the same info and links to the same page. i was thinking maybe the account counter at the top can be changed to an integration counter. just so we can display more info on this page. can be somewhat useful if you see that you have 1 aws integration installed but 10 accounts for example, cause its an org account.

@opauloh Above proposal by @JordanSh makes sense both #1 and #2 , and #2 for accounts, to consider integrations counter. We can start with this linking.
