Describe the feature:
Formula current doesn't support signs directly applied to functions

There is a workaround through multiplication

We could consider supporting signs directly.

Excel, Google Sheets, and all programming languages that I know of support this syntax, as well as Elasticsearch bucket scripts.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
Perhaps I want a visualization like this one.

This requires me to negate one of the series.

In order to provide better transparency of priorities, issues that will not be prioritized within the next 24 months are being closed.
