Fleet is showing confusing number of agents

Kibana version:
8.3.0-SNAPSHOT

Precondition:
Have >10k agents in Fleet.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Check agents counter on top of the agents list in Fleet.

Actual behavior:
Fleet is displaying the following note:
Showing 10,000 of 15,001 agents

I had 751 page of agents with 20 rows per page, so it was actually showing me all 15k agents I had.

Expected behavior:
The counter display actual number of agents.

@juliaElastic I recall you worked in this area recently, I thought we decided to limit the number of agents displayed to 10k? Is it possible that the amount of page links we display is derived from the real total and not up to the 10k limit?

@ablnk @jen-huang This is not a bug, because the Agent list can only display up to 10k agents. We added an improvement to limit pages to 500 for consistency: #91562
