Kibana version: 7.14

Describe the bug: Lens is not exposing the session management UI - due to this no search session saved objects should be created

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Visualize library
  2. Create new Lens visualization
  3. Configure a chart (no search session saved object created so far)
  4. Change the time range
  5. Search session saved object created

Expected behavior:
No search session saved object should be created
