In the "Inline notifications" section of the "Additions and depreciations" chapter (guide/changes.html), there is an issue with the rendering (at least locally in Chrome on a mac).
In the image below, the hover text should be "Replaces foo.baz", however, it shows an empty box. This issue is also present when there is no text provided as well:

Thanks, @HermitStudio. It looks like the issue is that the box extends outside the bounds of the table it's inside, so gets cut off. Seems like a CSS fix is needed. I couldn't figure it out in about 5 minutes of playing around it, but leaving this note to give a head start to anyone who comes later (including myself).
