Both commands on my RBP4b

_$ GO111MODULE=on go mod vendor

$ GOOS=linux GOARCH=arm GOARM=7 go build -o pihole_exporter ._

give me the following result:

go: parsing $GOFLAGS: unknown flag -buildvcs

go version is go1.20.2 linux/arm
