I don't want this ticket to take any longer and there are other things to wrap up in Eisbuk so I'm leaving these as an enhancement to #845

  1. Write a cypress test: I already wrote one but the dataTrigger update is not immediate so I need to find a way to wait for the update without making the test flaky/slow
  2. Write tests for the createCustomerStats util: would be similar to the ones I wrote for the now removed selector in feature/booking_stats branch but for this util. Not sure where though because functions pkg does not have tests setup
