I've been testing Libresignage for a couple days now, and it's been showing great promise.
I encountered an issue, however, when editing queues and slides, or editing users. For example, if I made some changes to a slide and wanted to save them, the save function wouldn't work! And it stayed that way until I reloaded the page, then it was usable again.
As a heads up, I'm testing it in a local computer, with Google Chrome Version 84.0.4147.89 64-bit, on Windows. Libresignage is running in Debugging mode in a Debian 10 VM. I had no problems at all while installing it following your instructions.

Please check if the developer console shows any error messages etc. when you reproduce the issue. Are you running a Docker image or a self built version? Do some specific things consistently cause the issue, and if that's the case what are the steps you need to take to reproduce it?
