Special characters problems after the restart of the database.

Steps to reproduce

A user of SysON seems to have problem with special characters after the a restart of the server.
See eclipse-syson/syson#650.
I didn't succeed in reproducing his problem.
What could cause that in Sirius Web?

Expected behavior

Special characters are correctly saved/reloaded.

Actual behavior

Special characters are badly saved/reloaded.
