Add support for templates to speed up the creation of a project

Expected behavior

We want to speed up the creation of a basic project with some data and representations.
For that, we will introduce project templates, created by a specifier, in order to have a one-click solution to get started.
Project templates will be displayed in the /projects page.
Each template will be displayed using an image statically provided by the backend and a label.
Clicking on the template on the frontend should redirect the user to the workbench with everything properly initialized.
