Now Passage E4FF template illustrates which ways to declare licensing requirements are provided by Passage out of the box.

Add a step-by-step developer's instruction of how to publlish requirement through

  • OSGi component
  • Bundle's capability

As a result some sort of how-to.md file should appear under any new plug-in project built over E4FF template. For this phase it shuld contain only requirement declaration steps.

Related tasks: #561555 and #561553
