Currently, LEA shows whether deployment of a cluster has been requested by turning the traffic light yellow.

The traffic light is intended for the cluster health, which should be independent from whether a deployment was requested. Therefore, a separate "Deployment requested" column should be introduced to separately indicate whether the cluster should currently be deployed. A simple checkbox can be used to indicate this state.
