Describe the bug

Dashboard does not redirect to IDE automatically during startup (refresh is required)

Che version

7.44@latest

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start a DevWorkspace
  2. Wait till logs contain the link to IDE
  3. ERROR: redirect to IDE does not happen automatically
  4. WORKARONUD: refresh the page

Expected behavior

Dashboard automatically redirects to IDE automatically during startup
