Describe the bug

When creating a new pull request with the help of the vscode GitHub Pull Request plugin an error notification appears and the plugin is signed out.

Che version

  • latest
  • nightly
  • other: please specify

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a workspace with a project cloned from GitHub by https url.
  2. Checkout to a new branch and commit some changes.
  3. Open a new Pull Request, see https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/editor/github#_creating-pull-requests
  4. An error appears:

    And the plugin is signed out.

Expected behavior

Pull Request should be created successfully.
