INEGI has updated their SDMX webservice from "http://sdmx.snieg.mx/service/Rest" to "https://sdmx.snieg.mx/ServiceV6/rest" current tests for this provider are failing. See for example here: https://sdmx.snieg.mx/datastructures where the URLs are being generated with this new version
