Feature request - Job description and responsibility per role

This is an awesome initiative, but it would be great, if each Role had the JD as a mandatory field.

There is a challenge with the current job market and expectations, and having clarity on this would make this an awesome central point.

It's a great suggestion @asanchezgiraldo

Interestingly roles and responsibilities (JD) change in each organisation as per project, even if role name is same.

This may make it unmanageable and accurate to keep updated on a plain readme file.
