I'm looking at the code but can't figure out how to install it, what prerequisites are needed, or what needs configuring. It would be great to have configuration instructions and possibly an example or two.

This could reasonably be added to the README, a separate INSTALL file, or on the GitHub wiki, I would imagine ... wherever seems most sensible.

@dper you should probably just go to https://pump2rss.com/ and use the service there.

You'd only need to install this if you wanted to run your own bridge.

@evanp Thanks for the heads up! I didn't know about the pump2rss service that was already up and going. Does just what I want. :-)

How about something like this for the README?

# Note

This program is most useful to people running their own pump.io instance. Users of identi.ca or other hosted servers might find <https://pump2rss.com/> more practical.
