Bug Description

You put CORE_CSS to legacy theme code.
But now there is no option to not load e107.css code in frontend theme.
$no_core_css = TRUE doesn't work

define("CORE_CSS", false); in theme.php causes debug error. Put inside theme class it doesn't work.
