In the Queue, the action "move down" always move to the bottom

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add 5 or more songs in the Queue
2. Select the first 2 song (Shift+click)
3. Right-click > Reorder tracks > Move down

Current result:
The tracks are moved the the bottom of the list

Expected result:
The tracks are moved down 1 position

Note:
This bug could be ignored if #363 is implemented, in which case the Right-click menu "Reorder tracks" should be removed completely.

Can anyone test the preview build for the next release (either download from Github actions, or build from source)? The now playing page is completely redesigned and I can't reproduce the issue on the new page.

just tested the latest preview build. can confirm that all the "reorder tracks" options work as intended now. also, loving the look of the new "now playing" page.
