fan.set_speed deprecated #132

According to the HA docs, fan.set_speed has been deprecated in favor of fan.set_percentage.

I'm using the fan dashboard addon with a Leviton ZW4SF in-wall switch but the add on does not work and I'm assuming this is one potential reason.
