[Suggestion] can "File Open Hook" just hook openning the file ,not create an empty file?

I'm a new user to Filename-heading-sync, so ,before I use this plugin, I use this.title to show title in frontmatter

so, I need the Use File Open Hook switch on , so he can auto rename the Header when I open the old file .
but I don't need it works when I creating a new file , as we discussed in topic #40

so . can you make it happen? as I see the template can check the file creation and file-open
