Handling '.' dots in Heading.

Reproduce

Create a file named "DOTNET"
Rename heading to ".NET"

Actual result

File is hidden from obsidian, because files started with '.' is hidden.

Excepted result

'.' char is deleted, so the name is "NET" and file is not hidden.
