Run an experiment disabling Readrboard

We need to measure how much of a hit in performance Readrboard is causing.

You could just disable the Readrboard javascript from loading with a browser extension and then analyze rendering times from the inspector.

I threw together a Chrome extension that should do the trick.

I want to test it on users' devices. We are seeing much slower page load times in GA and New Relic than any of us are experiencing.
