RSS feed should default to not be enabled

The URI /feed/index is without any authentication accessible.

If this is an issue it can be disabled in rundeck-config.properties:

rss.enabled=false

I think it's not clear, because everything is protected with a login - except the feed. Does it make sense? If it's a feature, then the default for rss.enabled should be false.
