Component of GitHub issue #306

Add EXTRACT_TILES and SERIES_ANALYSIS_ to config variables.
Change ANLY to OBS wherever used.
Change SERIES_BY_X to SERIES_ANALYSIS because we will eventually merge the two wrappers into SeriesAnalysis wrapper.

The variables have been changed to include the wrapper names. The documentation has been updated. All changed merged into develop.
