The Ubuntu 16.04 and Windows Server 2016 Azure DevOps pipeline hosted images have been deprecated:

https://devblogs.microsoft.com/devops/hosted-pipelines-image-deprecation/

The pipeline stages need to be migrated to newer versions.

Note: Only the Windows Server stages are a problem. The Ubuntu ones have already been fixed in #509.
