Update Streamlit Preprocessing Application

Model Selection for Cleaning Phase:
During the Cleaning Phase, the application is currently stuck using the gpt-3.5-turbo model. Add a feature in the Upload Files side page that allows users to select which model they want to use for the cleaning process. Provide options for available models, such as gpt-3.5-turbo, gpt-4, or any custom models.
Update Pytests
Update Home Page UI
Add Error Messages on Front-end
