minimal-block 1.0

First release of the minimal-block template build for Jekyll. Be sure to check the README.md file for setting up your site. Its a old version so you may have to add a few things to the _config.yml file. For example, newer versions of Jekyll require you to set up the gems used by the project. Adding gems: ['jekyll-paginate'] should be enough.
