Provide safe, override-able, default implementation for toString()

Options to consider for toString():

  • "" Empty string
  • [Example name="anExample"] The class name and Mockolate instance name,
  • [mockolate.generated::Example98EED12CF43BC047F3D1945E63B2D879D9C98057 name="anExample"] The generated class name and Mockolate instance name
