Make a dynamic rendered stateboard

Use interactions to start streaming data flowing into the text based config that the stateboard interprets.

Each component can have deeper preferences set by modifying json files that fit a schema, using the json format editor that checks the schema before allowing the change and requires an informative commit message from HAL as to why these preferences were updated.

The components should render inside the markdown window.

Sizing and other details should be configurable.

Ultimately these components should run inside of a compartment / iframe isolation boundary, so that untrusted components can be used to render.
