ML.NET supports several evaluation metrics but is missing support for Anomaly Detection metrics.

Example of supported metrics:

Is anomaly detection a scenario we want to support for V 1.0 ? If yes, we should probably add support for anomaly detection metrics

@codemzs . Following up on this . Could you kindly verify if this is somehow related to the time series work you are doing ?

@yaeldekel . I notice there is a AnomalyDetectionEvaluator.cs. However, my understanding is that we did not expose metrics for them (inside Evaluators/Metrics). Thoughts ?
