Add a section "Applying Filters"

For a first time user it's very hard to figure the different ways to actually apply filters to actions. If I read correctly, there are 3 ways:

• Deriving from ActionFilterAttribute
• Using ServiceFilterAttribute
• Using TypeFilterAttribute

Please add a section to the documentation right after How Filters Work titled Applying Filters that summarizes these options.
