Network mode will not be a selectable option, it will just be informational

We have started to integrate PPI more closely into the application but there are some loose ends. Primarily, we should through what should happen when the user changes network type; including whether it should even be allowed in certain case

For example: it would be interesting for the application to completely rebuild the network when switching network types

@dondi and @kdahlquist met and decided that the network mode dropdown should not be a selectable option. Instead there should just be information to tell the user which mode they are in depending on either, a file they uploaded, a demo, or a load from database. For example, if their file, demo, or load from database is GRN, it will say so. Or if it is PPI it will say so, but the user can only change it by uploading another file, changing the demo, or loading from the database.
