Seems to be more of a documentation issue, but I wanted to run the action with Go 1.20 as I was using a new language feature and the only way I could get it to work was to set install-go: false. I realize now that this option controls the staticcheck setting, and not the Go version installed by the action. I think this could be made a little clearer, but I also think the action should probably not be using Go 1.19 anymore?
