[D3D11] The Hurricane of the Varstray -Collateral hazard-: Needs Framerate cap for window mode #4568

Seems to be a similar problem to #4528 even though this is a d3d11 game, when running in full screen mode, the game runs fine capped at 60, but if it's set to windowed mode, then the framerate will run at the monitors refresh rate which for my oled deck is 90. Checking around the game isn't supposed to be running faster than 60 fps normally

Setting DXVK_FRAME_RATE=60 %command% seems to fix it in windowed mode from my testing.

  • Driver: Mesa 23.1.3
  • Wine version: 9.0
  • DXVK version: Unsure what version Proton Experimental is using
