Incorrectly updating hosts file on update

Description

Docker desktop appears to update values in my hosts file when updating. I do not have the Add the *.docker.internal names to the host's /etc/hosts file (Requires password) option enabled.

Reproduce

1. Change values in hosts file. eg add 127.0.0.1 host.docker.internal
2. Make sure that the Add the *.docker.internal names to the host's /etc/hosts file (Requires password) is unticked
3. Update. I verified this going from 4.36.0 -> 4.37.0 but I have noticed this on other updates
4. Check the hosts file again. The host.docker.internal value has been updated.

Expected behavior

The value should not be changed.
