Docker Desktop - WSL update failed

Description

This is the first time I download Docker Desktop and it happens

Error message:
wsl update failed: update failed: updating wsl: exit code: 4294967295: running WSL command wsl.exe C:\Windows\System32\wsl.exe --update --web-download: Downloading: Windows Subsystem for Linux
Installing: Windows Subsystem for Linux
Element not found.
: exit status 0xffffffff

I had a similar problem with upgrading just now.

Ended up having to reset to factory defaults, losing all my existing containers and images.

Update WSL manually,

wsl --update --web-download

Why do we have these errors, here and there "Docker engine has stop working" ?
