On the mailing list mike said this -

Deepanshu can file merge request on Debian's GitLab instance salsa.debian.org. He can sign up for a guest account on salsa.debian.org under
https://signup.salsa.debian.org/

I am not sure which branch or which repo am I supposed to merge with. So I created a salsa repository with education-preschool, education-primaryschool, education-secondaryschool, education-highschool packages.

Also today I resolved all the warnings and error with lintian. Should we now send him the packages for close introspection and review.

I think he has explained that one as well. But you can ask them again.

I don't think it works that way. Read again their messages and ask them again if needed.

For some reason the maintainers are not replying. Maybe they are busy.
However, they do acknowledge added these packages is a good idea.
