Unauthorized error while pull rabbitmq:3.9.13-management

The error is:
Error response from daemon: Head "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/library/rabbitmq/manifests/3.9.13-management": unauthorized: incorrect username or password

I'm not able to reproduce, could be an intermittent network/server issue or something with the host's environment

$ docker pull rabbitmq:3.9.13-management

I fixed the problem by reconnecting with the following commands:
docker logout
docker login --username [username]
