OK so this was in my previous script to start RMQ on an ubuntu server
When I ran this yesterday it would just not start or could not be reached. After pegging the version to 3.8 after reading the docker installation guide on RMQ you mentioned @michaelklishin it all worked again.

When I tried to run 3,9 the output was (no other docker container was running nor an image on the disk) not liking the guest username, see the last half of the output:

No errors on the command line, but when attempting to access the url: http://localhost:15672
The result is just a failed connection.
Are there some logs I should view?
