				Fix for the bootstrap Carousel in IE11, when the slider swaps images the screen size, the images 
				first display full height, then changes to the proper responsive size, this causes an unpleasent jumping 
				on the screen, this has now been sorted.

				Removed the 'container-fluid' tag from the '_content-panes' include so that there is no right 
				or left padding. This makes sure that you have a full width panes for the parallax functioanlity 
				for example.

				Removed the top margin of the footer so that the 'Full_Bottom_Pane' sits directly on top of the footer.
