기능 설명

기존에 알림주기가 nullable 했는데, null로 설정시 자동으로 추천 알림 주기로 설정합니다.

구현 방법

테이블을 nullable하지 않도록 수정합니다.
null로 수정 시도시 자동으로 추천 알림 주기로 설정하는 로직을 작성합니다.
