Impact of the bug
ms-output, ms-transferor, ms-rulecleaner

Describe the bug
These classes use an EmailAlert class that does not work in k8s

How to reproduce it
Trigger an alert from any of these microservices

Expected behavior
These services should use the Alertmanager API instead of email alerts

This was fixed when issue #10346 was merged.
