I configured the environment by installing Mac OS Big Sur on vbox.
The build is normal, and the simulation iPhone is also checked normally.
However, when I try to connect the actual iPhone, it does not connect.
vbox version 6.1 expansion pack installed. (Windows version)
Mac OS 11.0.1
Xcode 12.5.1
iphone 12 pro max

We haven't tried the macOS on vbox before. I am sorry we don't know how to help your setup your environment, you have to figure out by yourself.
