Add Support for EX Score|EXスコアへの対応

SDVX_Helper only can only and save normal scores. a feature to recognize and save EX scores for the people who prefer to use the EX score setting would be very nice to have.

I would work on this within my own project, however I do not have any experience using the image capture/recogniztion libraries that is used. If I do find time to work on it I can put a bit of effort into implimenting a feature like that and eventually sending a pull request through with it after testing.

SDVX_Helperはノーマルスコアしか保存できない。EXスコア設定を好んで使用する人のために、EXスコアを認識して保存する機能があると非常にありがたい。

私は自分のプロジェクトの中でこれに取り組むつもりだが、使用されている画像キャプチャ/認識ライブラリを使った経験がない。もし私がそれに取り組む時間を見つけることができれば、そのような機能を実装し、最終的にはテスト後にプルリクエストを送信することに少し力を注ぐことができます。
