How to change the incident polar angle?

Hello everyone!

I know this project has not been updated for a while, but I would appreciate any help from you guys!! I would like to change the incident angle of the plane wave light input. (A plane wave is available by setting the beamwidth to infinity) Currently only normal incidence is available. Do you know what variables or functions should I change to make it possible?

Hi akiminezzz, thanks for your inquiry and for your interest in CELES. When we used CELES and needed to model incident fields propagating in another direction than the z-direction, we just rotated the sample instead of the incident field. Would this "trick" work also in your application?
